Hi all.

Today’s puzzle is titled “Active Wear.” The theme answers all start with an article of clothing (wear), but have been turned into a verb (active).

16a [One of Paul Simon’s “50 ways to leave your lover”] – SLIP OUT THE BACK, Jack. The song only lists five ways, so we are left to wonder about the other 45. Fill in her KenKen, Len; Delete her Tweet, Pete.
22a [“Fine, don’t listen to me”] – SUIT YOURSELF
34a [Overnight task at a supermarket] – STOCKING SHELVES
50a [Prepare fish for deep-frying, say] – COAT IN BATTER
58a [Groovy “let it all hang out” lead-in] – SOCK IT TO ME BABY. Hey, man, remember Laugh-In?

Canadian content:
6d [Manitoba town, from “mouse” in French] – SOURIS, a beautiful, fun, progressive community! At least, that’s what their website says. I’ve never been there. “Come for a visit, stay for a lifestyle.”
7d [“This Hour Has 22 Minutes” alum Jones] – CATHY. 22 Minutes is a long-running comedy series on CBC.
13d [Probable, or a town in B.C.’s Cariboo] – LIKELY “is a friendly rural centre with a population around 350 people.” Not far from Horsefly (really.) It is not likely I will be visiting Likely this summer, although it is more likely I will visit Likely than I will visit Souris.
26d [C.P.P. recipients] – SRS. Canada Pension Plan. It is similar to US Social Security. For 2020, the maximum monthly amount is $1,154.58
60d [Bruce Cockburn’s “ ___ Tree Falls”] – IF A. Bruce is likely the only recording artist to have a hit song with “rocket launcher” in the title.

Not Canadian content
28d [Park ‘ ____ (airport service)] – N GO. Several Canadian airports have Park ‘N Fly.

As always if you need more help, or to provide your thoughts on the puzzle, just leave a comment. See you next week, Zeke.
